Terms and Conditions for orders placed online at Lumikellot Online Store

In Lumikellot Online Store an order may be placed by a person 18 years of age or older, companies, organisations and the public sector. We deliver products to mainland Finland and to EU countries. All prices include VAT.
Lumikellot applies the following VAT policy depending on the customer's homeland and VAT obligations.
a) VAT is applied on purchase for all customers
2) EU countries
a) VAT is applied on purchase for private customers
b) VAT is not applied on purchase for VAT-liable customers who provide their valid VAT number
Customer registration is achieved by creating a customer code and password and provide valid email address. It is possible to browse, add products to cart and order products from the Online Store even if you are not registered. However, if you would like to see your previous orders and prefer not to fill in your address details each time you place a new order it is possible to register as a customer.

The products are mainly ordered through the Online Store by adding them to the shopping cart. If necessary, ordering is also possible by e-mail or phone. Public sector agents can send invitation for tenders to: contact(a)lumikellot.fi
By confirming the order, the customer accepts Lumikellot company's current delivery terms and conditions and customer register moreover consents to the registration of such personal data about the customer. See valid customer register data description here.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the contact information provided. So please check the correctness and timeliness of your contact information so that the package is not redirected to the wrong place. The costs of any re-transmission or redirection of the package will be charged to the customer.
Lumikellot will send the customer an order confirmation of a successful order via email. The order confirmation includes all the ordered products and their prices, as well as any delivery costs. The order confirmation indicates a binding agreement for the purchase and delivery of the products in accordance with these terms. The customer's response is no longer required for the order confirmation sent.

In the case of cancelling an order that has already been paid by the customer, the refund of the payment is made to the same payment method as the order was originally paid and the costs charged by the payment service are deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Orders are delivered by Posti or Matkahuolto based on customer's preference. Package can also be collected from our company premises located in Jurva if so agreed beforehand via phone call or email. In that case it is possible to choose "Collect" as a shipment method.
Delivery options by Posti are the following: Small parcel, Postal parcel, Smartpost parcel and Home parcel.
Matkahuolto parcel is delivered to parcel locker.

Free Shipping in Finland on orders over 70 euros to Posti and Matkahuolto Pickup locations (doesn't include machine orders).
Orders are delivered within 1-5 working days after we have received your payment. The delivery times may extend during sales and campaigns. In case you need your order in a hurry, please contact us via phone call or email.
If a product you have ordered is temporary or permanently out of stock, we will inform you via email or phone call.
We are not responsible for delays or harms caused by force majeure, as well as indirect harms caused by delays or damages.
Consumer has the right to return products ordered from the Online Store within 14 days of the delivery in accordance to Finnish Consumer Protection Act. All returns must be handled with care, unused with the tags, and in their original packaging as they have been received. Make sure the returned item will not be damaged in transit. Once the products have been returned to the seller, the purchase price of the products will be reimbursed to the customer. Payment will be refunded using the same payment method as the order was originally paid. If the goods have been substantially altered, reduced or damaged upon return, the seller is entitled to recover the amount corresponding to the reduction in the value of the goods from the amount to be returned. The customer is responsible for return and shipping costs. Be sure to ask for a receipt for your return - it will serve as a document for your customer return if the package is lost on the way and Posti / Matkahuolto is in charge of the shipment.
The right of return does not apply to custom-made products, i.e. products that have been modified according to the customer's wishes. The price of these will only be refunded to the customer if the product is defective.
The right of return also does not apply to download cards, software licenses. The order for these can only be canceled if the electronic codes of the download card or software license have not yet been delivered to the customer.
A package that is not picked up is not a refund. Undelivered shipments will be subject to both shipping and return costs.
If there is an error in the delivery or a defective product, the matter must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made immediately to the transport company (Posti/Matkahuolto).
The seller will reimburse the cost of return in the case of wrong, defective or broken product that need to be returned. Please first contact us for more detailed instructions concerning the return before proceeding. After receiving the instructions: be sure to ask for a receipt for your return - it will serve as a document for your customer return if the package is lost on the way and Posti / Matkahuolto is in charge of the shipment.
In case of incorrect delivery we aim to send you the correct product or a replacement as soon as possible.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement.
